Error Message 47010

When I try to burn an AVI video I get a message that says a thumbnail cannot be created error message 47010. Any suggestions?

I found this article in the Roxio Knowledge Base, but it seems very tentative and I don't know if it covers your problem.

That's right, all I did was uninstall and reinstall Sonic and everything seems to work. This "solution" doesn't make me feel good however; I'm happy that it's working. Anybody else come up with a better solution?
