I've posted elsewhere, but now realize here is really where I should ask the question...What do I do if my LEGAL version of roxio 9 refuses to take the CD key it's used to install in the past? blink.gif

I've switched computers and am re-installing the roxio 9 suite. The cd key is now invalid (HUH!!!?huh.gif) Tech suggests that I make sure the time zone on the computer is correct but doesn't offer why that's the issue. Tech also won't help out because it's a legacy problem that is no longer supported. angry.gif

Is this the full EMC 9 bought separately, or is it an OEM Version that comes included with a compuer or burner? OEM Versions are sometimes crippled in a way that makes them only work with whatever it is they came with, not "a new computer". (They also often have other features crippled.)

I also have the same problem. My original install got corrupted, so I uninstalled, cleaned the registry, then attempted to reinstall (mine is the full version, not OEM). Now it tells me that the cdkey is invalid, and will not allow me to complete the install. Any suggestions?
