Hi,
Is anyone using Easy Media Creator 9 with IE 8?
If so, any issues?

I'm just trying to make sure installing IE 8 won't negatively affect Easy Meida Creator 9 (as, if memory serves, IE 7 & Media Player 11 did to Easy Media Creator 7).

Thanks!

I don't know whether or not it will kill EMC 9, but if you are going to try it, clone, or image your hard drive, with Norton Ghost or some other imaging software, before you install IE 8.

Thanks for replying!
I'll definitely be cloning the drive before installing IE 8, however seeing as how I've never actually tested my imaging software out to confirm that it works on my setup, I was just trying to get some feedback from anyone with Easy Media Creator 9 who'd installed IE 8.
Thanks again!

I had EMC 7.5, and EMC 8 on my computer, when I installed EMC 9.  I had no problems, but I am running XP and no IE7 or WMP 10 or 11.

I dumped EMC 7, as soon as I found out EMC 9 was good to go.  I did not like the video encoding in EMC 8.  It gave poor end results, and I was glad that I could dump it.
