What version of the software do you have.  If it is the retail version of EMC 7, the first patch that came out, fixed that problem.  I don't know where you get the patch, now.  EMC 7 isn't listed on Roxio's update page.

I found it.  Thanks, Larry.

Make sure you pick the correct update.

Thankyou for your assistance, I downloaded the retail update & it's working fine.  smile.gif I'm putting all my MP3's onto a DVD and when I push Auto-Fill from disc I can only get twenty or so tracks printed on the disc. I know I can't get all of the 900 odd songs printed on the disc, so I'm guessing I'll have to get as many as I can using the text box, Is this the case ? Thanks again, Regga  smile.gif

I asked what version you had, because there were OEM versions of the software, and the updates do not work with the OEM versions.  wink.gif

There is no standard "Label Maker 7", just like there is no standard "Chevrolet" or "Ford".

Open the program and go to Help > About and copy down WHICH VERSION of EMC 7 you have - is it V.7.0 or V.7.1 or V.7.5 or does it have letters like XE or DE after it?
