Registration Update problems with update registration

Every time the question when starting Toast 9.0.1 there is a update availabel. So i did doawnloaded the updated and a new start to vers.9.0.5.
For now nothing is working anymore. Want the registration numbers, but when i try there's no way to go futher.
My 9.0.1 Toast was also registrated in the roxio pruduct but i can't find a way out.......... Can't get back to the older version......??
Can somebody help me to solve this problem

You need to contact Roxio customer service about this issue.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
