Please help. I am able to save pics and files , but when i try to copy a cd or burn a music cd, it gives me a error...I dont understand...

Nor do we. What programs, in the suite, are you using?
For the music CD, you should be using Music Disc Creator (Create Music Disc Projects) under Music - Audio.
If you are copying a CD, try using Copy Disc, under the Data - Copy.
