Can I Convert A Wmv. To Mp4 On A Mac? Trouble converting wmv. on a iMac G5

I am presently using Toast Titanium 9.0.5(254) on an iMac G5 running Leopard 10.5.6
I have not been able to convert a wmv. movie to anything usable on my Mac.
It would appear that Toast Titanium 9 is unable to do this.
If I upgrade to Toast 10, will that upgrade give me that conversion feature?

In most cases you can do it with Toast if you install one of the paid versions of Flip4Mac.
