I have an old version of Creator 9 Deluxe that came with a Dazzle 90. I bought the Deluxe Version to capture video from my JVC and Sony Camcorder. The delay in using the product was due to some life issues, but now that I have time, I can't get my computer to recognize the Dazzle when I plug it into the USB port. I get an error message that says that the "USB Device is not recognized". Does anyone have an idea of how I can get this to work? Roxio won't help me because my product is " to old".

Thanks,
Allan

I clicked on the link for XP, but when I clicked on "here" to download the driver patch, I get an error "The webpage can't be found."

Ah, another bad link from when they made updates to their system. Seems like the upper/lower case is sensitive in there links.

This one should work for the XP article:

Do you know if the Dazzle 90 will work in a USB 1.0 port?

Don't think so. The transfer rate of USB 1 is too slow for the video stream. You'll need to use a USB 2 port.
