Burning Dual Layer Discs

I have premiere 10.2 and want to burn dual layer discs. Will this work on new Dell xps 420 with 2 drives?
The dvd is about hour and half,,,,,,,,,,,,,,should i buy 8x and with hp photosmart all in one a dvd r+ for printing on
white labels?   Need help fast,,,making dvd copies for a fan club

You had better try it yourself. It seems that none of the experienced users here have Premiere 10.2 [an OEM version] so it's likely to be a loooong time before you get an answer from someone else. Sorry.

I blame it all on Global Warming / Global Cooling / Global Staying the Same  [pick one]
