If you bought a Dell version from Dell, you'll need to go back to them to get another download.

Talk to Dell, and if they make the download link available to you again, be sure to burn the download to disc to make sure you don't get in this bind again.

Good fortune,

-Firstly, copy the downloaded file(s) to somewhere else so that you have a spare copy in case of accidental deletion.
-If you have Vista, copy the files onto a DVDR disc using Vista's authoring system, not their 'Live file' system.
-If you have XP, so can't write DVDs with the built-in XP system, install the Creator 2009 program as recommended in these forums, and then use the Data Disc menu item to copy the downloaded files to a DVD.

When you're writing these downloaded files to DVD it's a good idea to make a small text file containing the CD key, and burn that text file to disc at the same time. That way you won't lose the key while you still have the files backed up.
