You have a Dell edition of the software. Which version do you have?

HP says it simply does not "support" the program. But that makes no sense. It prints out beautifully -- just backwards.

I don't know why it might be doing that, but the next time you go to print, go into the printer options, and look for one that does just that, prints a mirror image (used for T-shirts or other transfers). If you find that option, select it, and see if that flips the flipped image.
