Toast 5.1.4 won't let me upgrade to 5.2.3

Hi all - I hope you can help with this problem. I just upgraded my OS from 10.2.8 to 10.3.9 and I'm trying to upgrade Toast as well. but it won't let me do it. When I run the installer the Licensing Agreement comes up but the "Accept" button is grayed out and will not let accept the upgrade. I have followed ALL of the various suggestions on the Roxio web site but still, nothing. Any ideas please, p-please?

You need to scroll to the bottom of the user agreement in order for the Accept button to become active.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
