I also have the same problem. I insert an audio disk and neither of my drives recognized that there was a disk in the drive. I have followed the techs advice to the letter:install latest px engine,update firmware, reinstall program,enable drives, and a lot more and nothing works. I even installed it on my other computer with completely different drives ect. and it will not recognize audio disks. I bought the program to easily put audio books on my ipod. The program is worthless to me. If anyone finds a solution please let me know. The techs just keep telling me to do the same things over and over again.
