i have this freakin window referred to "roxio update manager" and i dont know how to get rid of the darn thing. If i try deleting the "roxio update program" it states installation in progress wait till that installation is complete which will never complete. i deleted the 'crunch" program but to no avail. i emailed roxio with no response to this moment and i am not a tech whiz..so if anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Is this a Mac or a PC? Crunch comes in both flavors.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

Sorry, but I don't have experience with Windows and have never seen a Roxio update manager on the Mac.
