creator not would not install and after several attempts to get it installed the last tech got very beligerant and said he had been in the business for 20 years and my problem was my dvd drive not a compatibility problem and would not listen to me and talked over me letting me know how smart he was and i did not know anything. I finally had to hang up because he would not let me talk. I then procedeed to find a solution on my own and found the problem. It was a compatability problem and I was able to install it. If they were as smart as they thought they should have been able to help. I then contacted one of the supervisors and told him about the tech and that I found the solution and have given them several weeks to respond and apologize for the techs rude unprofessional attitude and lack of ability. I even offered to tell them what the problem was and how to fix it if they would apologize and make it worth my while. They have failed to respond. So based on their actions I would not recommend buying roxio products because the product is no better than the service you receive. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it a -5. P.S. I am still waiting to here from roxio to try and change my mind about their service

So how long are you going to wait for them to reply ??
You only told the forum what "you" said the tech said. Now what did you say to make a tech that mad. Must have been something you had to say, don't you think ??

No I do not think it have been something I said. I told him that I could not imagine both of my drives were bad and doing the same thing plus another drive in another computer doing the same thing. If that made him mad he is in the wrong bussiness and probably did not know how to fix the problem several other techs tried and could not solve the problem and had me try several different things including exchanging the disc for a new one. They acted just fine but could not resolve the problem. Theirs is nothing I can do aboutr the length of time if they choose not to replay. In the mean time there will be several others have the same problem if they have the same compatibility issue.

So can you explain exactly what the "Compatibility" problem is or was ?? Most of the time whenI find techs that can't figure out what the problem is, they blame it on the operating system or some other thing that they can't change or are not permitted to go into.
