Edit Commercials

I have a few video's for my children that i have taken of my tivo series 3. I would like to edit out the commercials and then export for an ipod video. What would be the easiest way to do this.

I have eyetv and the editor looks the same but does not give me the option the compact the video when i mark the commercials

It's a little different that with EyeTV. Just mark the portions you want Toast to leave out when converting to iPod and then choose Save. Toast will convert only the unmarked portions.
