Every time I attempt to open Cineplayer (I have Creator 2009 suite), I get a debug error. I am running vista ultimate. I have attempted to run the cineplayer with and without administrator rights but the same resulting error occurs.
from the debug message I get
An unhandled exception ('System.IndexOutOfRangeException) occured in the Cineplayer.exe [5180].
Does anyone have any idea what this means. I have never played a dvd from my desktop so this is my first attempt every using Roxio Cineplayer to do so.
