EMC10 has been working fine but suddenly it won't load.
I had recently run McAfee cleaner.
From this forum I found out about the repairer to reload my cd key and I tried but to no avail. It tells me that the CD key is wrong.
From the repairer.txt file it appears that this happens when running under Vista which I am.
Can anyone offer any other fixes other than re-installing the whole lot.
Thanks

Unfortunately that may be the only way to get it running again. Have you read this?

Alas, when you've got to the point you're at, reinstalling is the only cure.
Once you've done that, if you're skilled enough at registry editing you can bulletproof the weak registry key as described at the bottom of that pinned post, else if you're not so skilled you can save a copy of the registry key, and then reimport it when your cleaner kills EMC 10.

That's not what I'd hoped to hear but thanks for the responses anyway
