When burning DVDs My pc will suddenly reboot in the middle of the process.  No errors reported in event logs and no application popups.

I've disabled "Automatical Restart" on system failure in the Startup and Recovery Tab.
I am using a Windows XP Professional SP3

MyDVD was installed with Roxio 10.

Things I've done:
1.  Reinstalled Roxio 10 several times.  Using Roxio's guide on a clean uninstall with Windows Clean Installer
2.  Installed the latest Roxio from their website 10.1.226
3.  Replaced Video Card eVGA NVidia 8400GS

Things I've noticed:
1.  When starting MyDVD, The menu background is black/blank
