I have used this software several times with no problems.  Now when I try to print a new label or an old label all that shows on the preview screen is the cut lines.  No label information.  I have un-installed and re-installed the software, but problem has not changed.  I am sure it must be a setting, but I have been doing trial and error now for several days with no luck
