I created a successful back up on 04.04.09. I need to restore an excel file from a previous backup which I think was created on 28.03.09. Unfortunatley the way I create the backup is by overwrting the previous backup. Is there any way of retrieving files from this previous backup or has it gone for good. Thanks.

Sorry, if it's just deleted you can sometimes get things back, but once overwritten it's gone!
