Recently downloaded Creator 9 and tried to play commercial dvd via Cineplayer 5.0; I get 'one or more codecs are missing, please install codec'. The sleeve of the dvd says, "DVD Video" and I see that is one of the choices in "Settings" but still no luck. Any suggestions?
Tnx

Standard definition or Blu-ray?  CinePlayer will not play commercials Blu-ray DVDs; it will play home burned Blu-ray discs.
