There are small white colored windows in the preview window where the software displays the timecode for In Point, Out Point and the current position. There is a similar white window in the timeline windiow. For some reason, nothing is displayed in any of these windows. even when the movie is running. I'm able to create chapters but can't see the timestamp in the window. When I do an edit chapter function, the timecode is there. It's also displayed when I run a simulation.

Roxio support advised me to uninstall the product and wipe out the reg entries and reinstall. I did this but the problem persists.

I have Build 6.4 running on a 64 bit Vista machine.

Has anyone seen this?
