I bought Roxio Creator about 4 months ago and applied Patch 1 and all worked really well.  I was buring my projects to DVD-R DL discs and all was well.  Then, all of a sudden I started to get the message below that has cost me many expensive DVD-DL disks and a great deal of wasted time trying to resolve the issue.  The Project validates fine, starts encoding, and then starts burning and then righ before I think it will FINALLY work it throws the error message.

I have worked with Roxio Support for about a month now and I don't know what to do anymore.  I installed teh software on 3 diferent laptops and I get the same result so I don't know what is causing the issue anymore.  What's baffling is that IT DID WORK when I first got it !!!!

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED !!!!
