Tivotogo On Popocorn 3: Audio/sync Issue When Transferring To Divx Format 1/2 second out of sync throughout program

I have looked on the forums and cannot find a solution to this exact issue.
I just loaded up TivoToGo and have transferred 4 shows so far from my Tivo Series 2 to my MacBook Pro. When played from the .Tivo file, audio and video are syncing fine.
Once I convert to Divx format for playback on a PMP, it's out of sync. I have looked at the Preferences and there's nothing there that looks like it would fix the problem. The only thing I changed was TV Standard from PAL to NTSC, but that didn't resolve anything.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
