I am currently running Easy Creator 9. Whenever I try to start one of the programs i get a meesage that states windows is configuring roxio home. After a few minutes i get the error message that "a network error occured while attempting to read from the file E:\25b19e.msi". Is there a way I can fix this? Some one please help me out.

If that doesn't do that, the disc may be damaged.

Copy the disc to a folder on your hard drive and install from there.  Make sure you have no malware on your hard drive, that it is defragged and that you have your anti-virus off (not just paused) during the installation.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
