Help Can't Seem To Burn Movies

Popcorn3 runs through like it is burning then after it is done which has taken over an hour says there was a problem and couldn't complete. I have no idea why I have come across 2 errors -39 and -50 but I don't know what either mean. Please help Im getting very frustrated seeing as it takes so long to just find out it didn't work. please email me if you can help almorten@cogeco.ca.

What settings are you using in Popcorn? Why kind of source file is it?
