I'm trying to burn a movie from my computer to a dvd-dl and it gets to 97 percent then tells me roxio wizard launcher has stopped working. It is filled as a Movie Clip, I tried to burn it with My DVD Ex press using Roxio 10 and it failed twice with the same error message. I'm not very computer savey, so if I'm leaving something out please let me know. Thanks.
Brad

Thanks for the info Brad, yes that does help.
I would suggest not using the MyDVD Express program and stick to the MyDVD program instead.
There you can break the "Burn" into 2 phases to help isolate the problem.
When you click Burn, choose Save Disc Image File(iso file) instead of the burner. Write down the location and name, you will need it later.
Assuming all goes well close MyDVD and open Video Copy & Convert. Point it to the iso file and let it burn.
Let us know how this works out. Assuming it does I have another tip or 2 you will like.
(if it doesn't work, those tips wouldn't do you any good

Now I got the message: Programs:C:\Program Files\Roxio UI 10\Video Wave.exe Does this mean anything to you? Dell sent me this creator 10.2 because Creator 9 failed so they sent the new one but it seems more problematic than 9. I just want something that works my computer is my lifeline. Maybe you could recommend something else? Thanks

The Dell 10.2 DE has no video capability whatsoever…
You are relying on OEM junkware and you will not get much done that way. When I buy hardware that comes with a disc like that, it gets pitched with the packing box…
