Your best bet would be to use an external drive, flash drive, or DVDs to move the files from one to the other.

There are products on the market that transfer via a network connection and also using a USB to USB "crossover" cable. I have used MS Synctoy with an external USB drive and it performs well. I also use LAPLINK for syncing across the USB to USB connection directly for PC to PC. LAPLINK will also work across a network connection.

If by "Roxio files" you mean the Roxio burning software, forget it. That has to be "installed" not transferred.

If you mean Roxio project files, that's pretty pointless, since they can only be used with the version of software which created them and many of them need to be in the same position in the directory tree as they were when the project was created.

If you mean media files [video and audio] then go ahead, because they're not "Roxio files" and can exist anywhere.
