I ran the backup program this night and the program failed : when I came back, the "Roxio Backup MyPC window"  was frozen.
Then I turned off my PC and reboot it.

Now, when I try to run the backup program, it opens the initial "Roxio Backup MyPC window" that tells you the program is loading and about to run. But the window never goes away and the program doesn't start running. The version is 6.0.0

Could you help me please.

Hi, do you login as local administrator when install software ? if not, you need login as administrator, then try again.
