I am using a HP Pavillion Notebook, Windows Vista with a BluRay DVD burner. When using Creator 2009 and trying to "create a disc"(DVD) it gives me error message that "no disc burners are available". I have tried Roxio suggestions of downloading all driver updates and the latest PX Engine. Still get same results. I can burn a DVD using Windows Media no problem.

Home app – Tools – Get Disc Information

What does it have to say?

There is no app in the Suite called "create a disc", curious what program you are talking about?

You check for firmware updates for your BD? Many BD owners have complained only to find out it shipped with old firmware.

Do you have the Roxio Blu-Ray plug-in? It's probably only needed for video.
