I have down loaded the Roxio 2009 Blu-ray plug in but did not buy the back up disc. After clicking on the downloaded software I get an ERROR MESSAGE Zip file damaged. I tried to buy the back-up disc seperatly but when I tick the dustbin for the download this deletes the total order. I have requested a refund and sent the actual error message to the Roxio support so I can start again and order the Disc. I have not had a response or refund as yet. Does anyone know how to sort the above problem? or am I going to have to wait for the reply and refund before I can start again.

You should be able to download the file again.
I have used Roxio products for the past 7 years and have been very pleased with the product. I think now we are getting into serious editing with AVCHD I think this forum is going to prove helpful.
Thank you for your time.

Dave.

Flashget? I thought Roxio had their own download manager app. At least you got the file. Make sure you save a backup!
AVCHD? Good luck
Hope you have a powerful computer. Even on my dual core 3Ghz machine, editing Hidef is really slooooow.
AVCHD? Good luck
