This is my first time using the Creator 10 suite.  I'm trying to capture video tape from my Panasonic Digital Video Camera, model PV-GS80, using VideoWave.

Once Capture is underway, the recording into VideoWave seems to be going just right.  When a substantial change occurs in the video content, a new Scene thumbnail appears with the next sequential number.

After about 8 minutes of Capturing I want to stop the process and attempt to do some editing.
There have been about 25 scenes captured.

However, when I "Stop" the Capture, then all of those 25 scenes disappear and I am left with only one very long scene without any breaks.

What do I need to do to retain those individual 25 scenes?

Once I've mastered that, then I'll start learning about the editing of those scenes.
