Program:...\Roxio Creator 2009\VideoUI 11\Videowave11.exe
A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state.
The program cannot safely continue execution and ust now be terminated.

Instead of burning directly to a disc, select to burn the project to an ISO file. When it completes, just copy the ISO file to the disc using Creator Classic or VideoCopy and convert.
What brand DVDs are you using? What burner do you have? Have you checked for updated firmware for that burner? If there is updated firmware, be careful and follow the directions directly or you will create a small door stop.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
