I downloaded the Easy Media Creator 10 to my computer because Roxio 2009 will not complete the installation until I download the Media Creater. Now the Media Creator say I cannot continue the instillation until I enter the KEY NUMBER. Apparently, it is case sensitive and all the letters must be in lowercase. No matter what I do - Copy and paste; make sure my cap lock is off; it continues to show in the window as UPPER CASE LETTERS. How can I fix this problem? This is driving me crazy!

Be very careful when checking the key Code numbers as it's really very easy to enter a "B" for and "8"; a"small L" for a "I"; etc. Most all of the key Code numbers I have for programs have been in upper case, but some are both so it does take some checkinmg closely. ("B's" and "8's" are my downfall most of the time).
