Hi,
Back again I'm afraid.
Have just had to replace my printer (Epson CX6600 to Epson Office BX300F) and the first problem I encountered was that in the Print section of Label Creator the following buttons were greyed out - Callibrate, print test page & print, which is not very helpful!
Figuring that there was a problem between LC and the printer i reinstalled EMC9 hoping it would kickstart it.
Now LC will not open at all.
I created a shortcut on the desktop but no joy there so I went into program files and clicked on it direct, with the same result, nothing.
So next thought was, go through the main EMC screen.
Thought not good as LC does not seem to be listed anywhere that I can see.
Now completely at a loss as, from a quick look, Express Labeller is worse than useless.
Have had a look on the forum and found a post that indicated that there was an option in EL to use LC but it's not on mine!
I have loads of projects done under LC that I really do need to get back so,
Any ideas anyone?
Ken

Try a Repair, through Add/Remove Programs. Scroll down to Roxio Creator 9, and click on the Change button, and go from there. You will see a Repair option.
Life is good!
