No Preview Thumbnail

When I select an image & click pan & zoom editor there is no preview of the image.

Thanx for responding,

The problem is with  Videowave, (Easy media creator 9). I don't get any preview image in the pan & zoom editor

I remember this problem, with version 9.  Instead of opening VideoWave, from the desktop, open it through Start/All Programs.  I think that worked for folks who had the problem.

Good memory.  I had that problem and I believe that was the cure.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Nope, that didn't work. Tried opening video wave via Easy Media Creator 9 Home > Slide Show Aassistant too. Going to try a un-install / re-install of EMC 9.  I'm off tomorrow on a short holiday, will try it when I get back.

I think that's what what Bruce meant - never use the Assistants, they are dumbed-down, limited versions.

If it didn't work, by going through the Start/All Programs/Roxio Easy Media Creator 9/Video/VideoWave, then you can try a couple of things.

Update the drivers for your video card.

Do a clean install, following the instructions in the pinned topic, here:
