No Drive Detected When Trying To Burn Music Cd

I am using Creator 2009 and trying to burn a music CD for the first time. I loaded the songs from my hard drive I wanted to burn but when trying to burn I get the message "no drive detected". Thanks for any help I can get as a newbe I am completely lost.

thanks for the comeback cdanteek. I downloaded the file you recommened to desktop and installed it but I still down have recogonition of my DVD/CD drive by Roxio. I am not very good with puter so bare with me, am I supposed to do something else after downloading the file exe. and restarting puter? thanks..

Try this one. It works sometimes when the v4 one doesn't.

Download the zip file to a new folder on the desktop, unzip it in the new folder, double click on it to run it, reboot when done.

hey cdamteel, thanks a million, that last one did the trick, Roxio is now recogonizing my DVD/CD drive. There is even hope for us novice operators as long as we have people like you to help.  smile.gif
