I have emc 10 on a gateway laptop model MT6451 running Vista 32 bit, Windows Media Player 11. I captured some 3gp video from my cell phone. I can view it with Quick Time. When I try to convert it to mpeg2, mpeg4 or WMV and play it on Windows Media Player I get sound but a white screen. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
