Do you mean you can't see more than 5 or 6, or for some reason, you can't load more than 5 or 6? There are 88 different menu styles, I believe.

I can see all 78 in the Select Menu Style window. However only a few of them will load in the Preview window.

I select one. Then I click O.K. Then the loading stops. The Preview pane becomes all blue or black. Now if you try to burn a disc it will go through the proess and then at the end I will get an error: Error While Encoding Menu, Error 80004005.

Update your video drivers.
List your system specs, similar to how I have mine listed, in my signature.

1.) Update to the latest version of Direct X from the Microsoft website below.
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en
2.) Update your video drivers.
To find out what video device you need to update you can click on start, run, and type "dxdiag" and press enter.
Click the display tab at the top of that window and that will tell you the manufacturer of you video device.
3.) Disable conflicting programs.
For Windows Vista: Click on the Vista start icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Type MSCONFIG in the search box and then either press enter on your keyboard or double-click on the MSCONFIG program that appears in the search results.
For Windows XP:
a. Click on the "Start" button and select "Run".
b. Type "msconfig" and click on the "OK" button or press the "Enter" key.
c. Select the "Startup" tab over on the right side.
d. Write down which items are checked, and then click on the "Disable All" button in the lower right corner of the screen.
e. Click on the "Apply" button.
f. Select the "Services" tab.
g. Put a check mark in the box beside of "Hide all Microsoft Services" WARNING NOT CHECKING THIS BOX FIRST COULD CAUSE A WINDOWS COMPONENT TO BE DISABLED.
Now click disable all and Recheck the ROXIO 11 components.
h. Click on the "Apply" button and then click on "OK".
i. Click "YES" to restart the computer.
j. When you reach the Desktop, you may receive a message saying "you have used the "System Configuration Utility" to make changes to your system....", you get this message, simply place a checkmark in a box on the lower left side titled, "Do not show me this message again" and click on the "OK" button.
NOTE: To reverse these changes, follow steps a to c, and then place the checkmarks back in the boxes based on the notes you made. For optimal performance, only Anti-Virus or Firewall software should be enabled. (for this test all should be disabled)
If the information provided does not resolve your issue simply update your webticket with a detailed explanation with the steps you have tried and any error messages you receive.

I did not want to mess witih the msconfig. I had a couple of suspicious Codec packs which I uninstalled and this cured the problem. All the menus are now loading correctly. Thank you to Grandpabruce for the help.

You are welcome. Too many different codecs can cause a problem. It's good to see you got your problem resolved.
