You need to shorten the file names/paths then, or else change the file system you're using to burn your discs to a file system which is more permissive.
Please remember that the directory path to the file in question is usually counted as part of the filename in this situation, so a tiny filename at the end of a long path will still not qualify.
I can't give you any more advice without knowing which of the many applications in this software suite you are actually trying to use.

My preference is to set the disc File System to UDF.
