So, I bought the roxio easy cd and dvd burning. My product is completely registered and I even have all the files copied to a flash drive. My daughter accidently walked on my disc and broke it in pieces. I am not technically inclined and don't understand all file codes, etc. Well, The program disappeared out of my programs (of of my computer completely) and I was wondering if there is a way I can reinstall without the start-up disc or will I have to purchase a new Roxio software? Many thanks to all who may respond!

Not a problem since you are registered. Contact Support (above) and they should be able to supply you a replacement with a minimal charge.
Post back and let us know how you make out.

Well they were actually no help to me at all. The person I was speaking with advised me they do not send out a replacement disc and Im unable to backup my files because there is no way to make the files compatible with vista even though the software specifically said Windows Vista on the box!! Complete shot in the dark! Anyone able to help me out??

I believe that the software was dirt cheap, when it came out. Just get another copy.
Life is good!

Sorry, I wasn’t thinking straight, I thought I was still in the Creator 2009 portion
Yes it hurts when you don’t keep after these things! I wrecked a $150 word processer back in the late 80’s then (yes I am a little slow) lost the disc and backup to a little CAD program…
Best one I saw was at work where they lost a $10,000 program. They had saved money by not buying the support package
