OK I did that havent used program for a while now when i install DVDit 6 is ok but cant open E-DVDkeep geting activatingb error e pay/?

Removed License # this is not Roxio Support, and moved to correct forum.

In 2006 I down loaded DVD pro with E-DVD
I just recently pulled it out and installed it.   E-DVD wont activate server error[http status 5000]id epay:16005/upsw:625

As far as I know, eDVD is no longer a supported app, so that is probably why it won't activate. You need to contact tech support if you want to try to get it working.

Click on the Support link at the top of the page if you want to contact them.

BTW, this is a public user forum not Roxio/Sonic support so please do not post product keys.

Thanks I’ve been trying to get help from roxio but not doing so good I don’t seem to understand procedure. They keep brining me to a page to buy.
Help does anybody out there Know how to resolve my problem

PS I’ve looked on internet and people are selling DVDit Pro with edvd How are they activating edvd . if roxio no longer supports it our are these people buying the same problem I have.
