Numerous times I attempted to Capture/Import different Chapters from a DVD. While Capture/Import imported one chapter, it would not import either of the other two. On the second chapter it would hang at 99%. If I clicked on cancel, it would indicate that it was cancelling the capture but that would not complete and then would freeze the entire program. I would have to use Task Manager to close the program. If it did appear to work, it only would capture about 2 seconds of a chapter. I downloaded and installed the latest update to the program but the problem still continued. Thinking it might be Windows Vista, I tried the same thing on my laptop which runs Windows XP. Same problem. The problem would occur no matter the program component I was using i.e. Video Wave, Compile, Capture Video. I tried one more time on yet another computer that I have which is still running Easy Media Creator 9 and it worked perfectly.
