My error screen displays:

"Roxio VideoConvert has stopped working"
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you "IF" a solution is available.

I have a brand new HP Pavillion Intel 2 core Quad Run by Vista So What's your solution?
I am so fed up with this.  I've been trying to convert my home videos to ISO image and then back to video nothing is working when I try to add a second piece of video to the compilation the program shuts down.  Can someone help please?
