I have an OLD version of Creator 9 Suite. I recently received an e-mail with a Roxio attachment which I could not open. Ever since I have been plagued with a Windows message trying to download a copy of what I needed to see this file.
I have gone so far as to delete Creator 9 form my computer, but still am irritated by the messages to download something I have no access to. How do I get rid of this?
I am WAY far from a geek so I find this particularly distressing!

Did the "email with the Roxio attachment" come from Roxio? If so, what was the email about?

What is the software that the Windows message offers to download?
P4 @3.20GHz on Albatron PX-865PE Pro II with 2GB DDR-SDRAM, FX5900XT video, Viewsonic monitors,
BENQ DW1640, in XP Pro and Windows 7

I blame it all on Global Warming / Global Cooling / Global Staying the Same  [pick one]
