The PC I purchased in 2000 Windows ME had roxio installed and I created some data cd's with it. I did not reformat the cd's to use in all cd players before I got a new PC. Will Creator 9 read and convert cd's this old?
Is Creator 2 Thousand And 9 Compatible With Creator I Used In 2000?

What application did you use to burn the CD? Was it drag to disc or similar. If so, the new Roxio product will not read those discs. There are programs like Isobuster that might.
