While trying to create a slideshow - it starts out with a dropdown that says 'trying to configure' - then a warning 'windows cannot configure' - 'runtime error program:
' ...ILES/roxio shared /10.0/sharedCOM/roxwizardlauncher10.exe
abnormal program termination.
Then next window - feature is on another network resource that is unavailable update 'um.msi '
I have tried following all instructions nothing works. I have reinstalled the program & it still doesn't work.

It's bad enough that I have had to buy several upgrades, & this program has cost me a lot of money not to be working.

Thank you

What did you do to your computer, since the software was working, back in October?

Aside:  Here's hoping that the Beavers get accepted into the WCHA.  They deserve to be Division I.

I guess my answer is" I don't know" except for not using it for awhile, then I tried to open it and all this started. ( feature is on another network resource that is unavailable update 'um.msi )
It all seems to be about the update Manager...... the same stuff comes up when I try to open EMC9...I still have it on my computer too....and I don't know why????
Thanks for your reply, I sure hope you can tell me something to get it running.

Try the steps in this Knowledge Base Article.  Don't believe that the problem was fixed if you have 10 or higher.

It is for a much earlier version of a different Sonic program but I believe that the options under All Applications will still work.

Come back and let us know which one you used to get rid of the issue.
