I received CD Spin Doctor bundled in my software when I purchased Toast 9. I have used it in the past to filter and enhance audio files. I went to use it today and the filters inspector window will not open. I have tried everything and can't get it to work.
Any answers or ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Are you using version 5.0.4.706t that is part of the Toast 9.0.5 update? I suggest trashing the Spin Doctor plist file in your User>Library>Preferences folder and relaunching.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

OK, so that worked, thank you, but what caused it to stop working and will I have to continue to do that?
Thank you so much for your help.
I would also like to say that customer support on here is not very good. It takes for ever for them to get back to you if they ever do. It is sad that we have to rely on fellow users to get help.

Hopefully the plist file will never get corrupted again, but that does happen with different applications at times. I don't know why.
If you ever go to Apple's discussion forums you'll see that relying on fellow users isn't sad but rather nice. However, I wish there were more users here contributing advice and solutions. Maybe I jump in too soon and don't give others a chance.

Trust me, I think anyone looking for help will appreciate someone who jumps in fast. Most of us hate to wait for answers on issues we can't figure out ourselves.
Thank you again for your help
