Production Editor Removing unwanted comercials

I admit I'm new at this, so here goes. I'm using Windows XP, Media Center Edition. I've recorded a movie. How do I edit out unwanted comercials?

You need to imort your file into Videowave. You would really do yourself a great service by looking at the tutorial in VW.
